Island Internship places students and graduates in hand-matched internships in Bali, Indonesia, in marketing, hospitality, business, design, sustainability, engineering and more. We build each placement around your goals and study requirements, with interview prep, a signed internship agreement, visa guidance and a local team on the ground. Program Highlights

Hand-matched placement: We pair you with a Bali host company in your field, based on your goals, study requirements and dates. You review and interview with the company before anything is confirmed.
Community events: A welcome dinner when you arrive, movie nights, a group trip every two weeks, plus football and climbing with interns from across Bali. You'll never have to explore Bali alone.
Package includes: Airport pickup, accommodation and a scooter arranged for you, plus scooter lessons and an optional Indonesian driving license. We drive you to your first day.
Paperwork covered: A signed internship agreement, a supervisor at your host company, visa guidance and help meeting your university's requirements.Your supervisor can sign off on school evaluations.
Local team on the ground: Support you can reach from your application through your last day in Bali. We check in with you and your host company regularly. If anything comes up, we're a message away.

One of. the best experiences of my life

I was really nervous about how my first week was gonna turn out, but it's been really fun - I gained a lot of experience and knowledge. Really grateful I got to meet everyone; everyone is super friendly and I love the work environment too.
