Step into the serene world of Korean Buddhism with this five-day temple stay program, offering a unique chance to live like a monk in one of Seoul’s historic temples. Each morning begins before sunrise with 108 prostrations and silent seated meditation, followed by a traditional monastic meal (baru gongyang).
