Wonderful and educational experience

This was my second time volunteering for IVHQ. IVHQ makes the volunteer experience seamless. If you are new to volunteering like I am, IVHQ makes it easier. They have local contacts who will make sure you are safe. My host family in Jordan was amazing. It was my first time in that region and I was so nervous before my arrival. From the local pickup, to the host family, and the locals themselves—they all made my experience very pleasant and educational. If you are having second thoughts about volunteering, just do it!

Thank you for such a memorable experience!

A few months have passed since my return from this trip, and I still remember it like it was yesterday. I am glad that I chose Jordan as my destination. The people were great, welcoming and caring. I always felt safe and well taken care of during my stay. I can't find the words to express how grateful I was to have the opportunity to stay with my local host family. Every member of that family has warmed my heart with their kindness and care. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
