Amazing Opportunity in Mexico!
I needed help completing my practicum hours for my Master’s in TESOL, so I reached out to the director, and she recommended me for their intensive one-week TEFL refresher course in Oaxaca, Mexico. She was incredibly helpful, signed all my paperwork, and made the whole process so easy! The experience turned out to be so much more than just completing my hours. I got to visit Mexico, experience the amazing food, music and parades, learn about the indigenous cultures, and work with some really sweet students. One of the most meaningful parts of the trip was getting to experience the way of life in Oaxaca. Seeing how people live, connect with their communities, and appreciate the little things gave me a different perspective on the world and taught me how much there is to learn from other cultures. It was such a cool opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience while exploring a new place and stepping outside my comfort zone. I’m really grateful to the director and the team for helping me make it happen.
