Teen Mountain Adventure 14–17 in the French Alps
Program Overview
Teen Mountain Adventure is a unique international summer program for teens aged 14 to 17, set in Megève in the heart of the French Alps. Designed for young people looking for more than a traditional language camp, it combines Alpine adventure, real-life language immersion, independence, teamwork and personal growth.
There are no traditional compulsory morning classes. Instead, English and French are used throughout the day in real situations: completing team missions, asking for information, presenting ideas, solving problems, organizing activities and communicating with international friends.
The program is deliberately limited to 8 teenagers per week, with 2 dedicated leaders, allowing each participant to take an active role, build confidence, develop leadership and enjoy greater independence within a safe and structured environment.
Each day offers a new challenge or adventure. Depending on the week and weather conditions, teens may take part in hiking, orientation, geocaching, missions in Megève or Chamonix, horseback riding, canyoning, lake activities, paddle, team challenges and outdoor adventures.
One of the highlights of the program is a mountain bivouac or refuge experience, where participants prepare their equipment, hike together, organize camp life, take part in outdoor challenges and spend the night in the mountains under professional supervision.
Teen Mountain Adventure is also about international friendships. Participants meet young people from different countries, share selected activities and evenings, and naturally use languages as tools for real communication.
The goal is not only to create unforgettable memories, but to help teens return home more confident, independent, adaptable and comfortable communicating with others.
More independence. More responsibility. More confidence.
