During my internship, I took on the role of social media marketer. I assisted in the maintenance of social media platforms through the development of post and advertisement campaign strategies. I produced content to post, assisting in follower engagement and maintaining a posting schedule. Social media is a known necessity in fashion businesses, as it has a good outreach for current and potential customers. Maintaining a good social media presence can nurture a good relationship with your buyers and keep them informed about your company. My biggest success during my internship abroad was working alongside my supervisor who owns a jewelry business. I believe that my marketing work really made a difference in improving her social media strategy and motivating her to continue her business pursuits. Being able to show my creative side by doing photoshoots and designing brochures was so incredibly rewarding. From here I want to continue to push myself in pursuing fashion-related job opportunities and I am willing to take up new challenges in this field.

I loved experiencing the different culture, both in a business and personal light. However, what I enjoyed the most is meeting many people and making countless memories which I will cherish forever. This internship has helped me gain valuable professional skills such as communication and adaptation which are both transferable to my future career.

I loved the culture and lifestyle in Prague, and it is something that has put the career that I want into perspective. In the short time, I made friends, experienced new places, and got ahead in my career. This internship progressed my life personally because it enhanced my communication skills and willingness to adapt. My favorite memory was all the people and interns I met throughout this process. The kind people made the transition of being in a new environment easier. I learned such a large skill set in a short amount of time that it would look attractive to future companies that I will apply for.
