This is from interacting with guests on an international level. This helped me get a better understanding of different cultures. I also feel that this can only be accomplished by working abroad. From working in the U.S., you get used to working with American employees, so there isn't much of a cultural difference. However, from adapting and working with Indonesian employees, it helps me get a better understanding of how to work with different cultures better.
