Recently, I was involved in a promotion that just changed my perspective of life. Experiencing complex and knowledgful circumstances, I highlighted all the outcomes and captivated the best of them. I got introduced to fine dining. My manager Sam voluntarily offered us wine tastings to learn about our cellar. It captured my attention. I developed a passion towards hospitality and i want bring my skills to a superior level.

I had the opportunity to do my internship directly at Instituto Hemingway and it was a great experience! The young, motivated and very international team was a pleasure to work with, organization of the placement was smooth and very time-flexible and under their leadership and guidance I gained much of new experience and improved my professional skills. I learnt so much about wines working in one of the best hotels of Barcelona area!
