Sustainable Development Internships in Ecuador

In this internship abroad, help Ecuador meet the needs of the present population through the use of sustainable development techniques that will also preserve the environment for future generations. Support the monitoring, evaluation, and further improvement of existing programs in addition to working on new projects. Current projects in Ecuador focus on fair trade, education, poverty, sustainable agriculture, and pollution.

While in Ecuador, immerse yourself in phenomenal colors, sounds, sights, and smells of the natural world that makes the country such a special place. In your free time, explore this amazing center of biodiversity, from the ancient Andean crater lake of Quilotoa to the Swing at the End of the World at Mt. Tungurahua.

Life in this capital city on the slopes of the Andes Mountains is an interesting blend of scenery, people, and culture. Interns will improve their Spanish language proficiency while exploring Inca ruins and rainforests as well as everything the city has to offer.
