This internship is designed for those who have studied or previously worked in the field of Psychology. We also welcome volunteers who are interested in lending a helping hand. Interns will assist in providing a wide range of services for adults with intellectual or psychiatric disabilities. Tasks may include assisting with learning programs, activities, and support mechanisms that will encourage independence and a better quality of life. Placements may be residential or in daycare centers, facilitating support groups, or working with various specialized services for those with mental health conditions and disabilities.
