At 25 years old, I got to connect with professionals and experts in the field of communications. I also made new friends with other interns from around the world. On weekends, we enjoyed activities like visiting shrines, joining festivals, exploring urban neighborhoods, and sampling Japanese food. No age limit in exploration, indeed.

どうもありがとう Doumo arigatou Thanks a lot to IGS for this internship in Japan. As I confirmed, Japan is very traditional yet ultra-modern at the same time. Was given a great opp to live in Tokyo and I saw so much opp especially for the IT field. I did some travellings on the side. The company’s environment was fast-paced so I was a little tired everyday. But looking back, it was everything I needed! I saw the value of the working envt when I returned to the USA. The Japan internship is an eye-catching detail for my employers hehe

I did a business and marketing internship. Learned new skills and softwares for business and digital marketing. My favourite one is the tools for Facebook ads especially the Hootsuite and the Trello for team collaborations. I never knew these things existed. I got to walk at the Shibuya crossing everyday and I loved my one month there.
