Arts and Culture Internship (Art Gallery)

Have the opportunity to work in one of the world’s leading art galleries during this internship program abroad! Institute for Global Studies (IGS) typically works with small to mid-sized galleries providing real responsibilities.

Many gallery owners and artists aren’t adept with social media, so your help is needed to manage their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other online channels. You could also work behind the scenes and assist with art preparation, including procuring frames, displaying new pieces, and setting up backdrops. Your duties are typically related to:

Gallery setup
Art interpretation
Social media
Marketing
Event planning
Public relations
