IFSA Summer Internships in Buenos Aires
Program Overview
Spend eight weeks gaining real-world experience in Buenos Aires, a city known for its rich culture and vital role as one of Latin America’s leading economic centers. Whether your interests lie in social justice, politics, community development, business, or the arts, this internship program offers placements tailored to your academic and professional goals.
All participants engage in the International Internship Seminar, conducted in English, which includes 15 hours of asynchronous online modules. The seminar encourages reflection on your internship experience, enhances your understanding of Argentine business culture, and helps you build key professional skills. You’ll also collaborate with IFSA peers interning in other countries through a shared online cohort.
Internship placements are conducted in Spanish, allowing you to apply your language skills in a meaningful context. You may also choose to add an optional elective course to earn additional academic credit.
