No. The IES Abroad Barcelona - Liberal Arts & Business (No Visa) program was designed as a way for students to study abroad in Spain without having to obtain a visa. By shortening the programming to under 90 days, students who may not be candidates for traditional Spanish visas can study abroad.

No. Students enrolling in the IES Abroad Barcelona - Liberal Arts & Business (No Visa) program offers courses taught in English, alongside a mandatory 3-credit Spanish language course students will test into. Students with Spanish proficiency may opt to take Spanish-taught courses.
How many credits can I earn on this program?
Students may enroll in between 12-16 credits per term. Academic credit acceptance is up to the discretion of your home school.
