Graphic Design - Undergraduate Milano
Program Overview
The three-year English-language Graphic Design degree programme at IED Milano trains you to develop ideas and translate them into impactful visual solutions. You will learn how to manage complex design projects by understanding the interaction between colours, typography, symbols, and media to create meaningful concepts with social and cultural relevance. Throughout the programme, you will work across publishing, brand identity, packaging, and digital interface design, combining aesthetics, sustainability, social responsibility, and commercial goals.
The course emphasizes hands-on, lab-based learning supported by workshops, contests, and real-world projects, allowing you to practice industry-standard tools and software while developing strategic and creative thinking skills.
Graduates earn a BA-equivalent degree (EQF6, 180 ECTS) and are prepared for careers as Graphic Designers, Web and App Designers, Art Directors, Front-End Designers, Data Visualizers, Content Creators, and Content Managers, working freelance or within companies across diverse industries.
