Program Overview

The Queen Sofía Spanish Institute – IE Foundation Scholarship Program, launched in 2025 through the collaboration between the IE Foundation and the Queen Sofía Spanish Institute, is dedicated to empowering exceptional students from the United States. This initiative offers 1 scholarship per academic year for passionate learners to pursue undergraduate studies in the humanities at the IE School of Humanities, nurturing the next generation of thinkers, creators, and global citizens inspired by the power of culture and knowledge.

This scholarship program is designed to support outstanding students residing in the United States or holding U.S. nationality, who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement and a genuine passion for the humanities. Candidates with a demonstrated social commitment and a genuine interest or connection to Spain will be highly valued.

The scholarship covers up to 50% of tuition fees for the full duration of the Bachelor in Humanities or Dual Degree in Business Administration & Humanities at IE University.
