With amazing staff, locals and volunteers.
March 11, 2018by: Linn - SwedenGreat cozy island with amazing staff, locals and volunteers. You feel welcome and motivated to do all hard work in order to make a difference. Would be nice to try to variate the menu a bit more and maybe learn how to cook Fijian food. It would also be nice to make another type of bure-roof in the future to avoid all termite effects. Love being here and wish that all goes well in the future and at some point reaching your goal or extending it further.
Very rewarding program with GVI
December 02, 2018by: Gina - EnglandThe Women's Empowerment program I did with GVI was amazing and allowed me to experience another culture by living in a village in Fiji. The people I met was what made this experience so great, and it was very rewarding to be involved in one of these projects.
Best experience in Caqalai
May 21, 2019by: Joycinette - VanuatuI had the best experience during my first month here on Caqalai. The staff members were very supportive and the volunteers as well, who had been here previously, were keen enough to share their knowledge to us.
