Greenheart Exchange

Greenheart Exchange is a nonprofit cultural exchange organization founded in the United States in 1985. For nearly 40 years, we’ve been helping people from around the world come together through meaningful cultural exchange programs, including high school exchange, work and travel, intern/trainee placements, and opportunities to teach in U.S. schools. Our work is driven by a belief in learning from one another, building cross-border friendships, and fostering global understanding.

We serve students, young professionals, educators, and host families who want to expand their horizons and grow through international experiences. Our goal is to support participants and hosts with programs that foster personal development, cultural awareness, and leadership skills. At the heart of what we do is a mission to connect people and planet, helping participants make lasting impacts in their communities and beyond.
