Program Highlights

Morning Chanting & Pujas: Offer volunteers the rare privilege of sitting inside the prayer hall during morning or evening rituals to witness traditional chanting, drumming, and butter lamp ceremonies.
English Language Exchange: The core activity—helping young novice monks (who often come from remote/impoverished backgrounds) improve their English, which is vital for their future education.
Guided Meditation Sessions: Access to introductory meditation or mindfulness sessions led by a resident monk or Lama.
