An incredibly engaging and eye-opening experience
August 31, 2025by: Anna Sandlin - United StatesProgram: Internship in Palestine (Law, Human Rights, Media)I was surprised by the level of depth that I was able to experience with learning about Palestinian culture, understanding the issues that locals face there, and visiting refugee camps in person to see for myself. Although I feel like my contribution with volunteering was just a small drop in a bucket, it was still great to get the sort of perspective that allowed me to share the word and let others know about the human rights issues here. I highly recommend every aspect of this program, from the camp visitation, classes, daily breakfast, host families, and even tours of the city.
The experience you must have
August 30, 2025by: Andre Zech - BrazilProgram: Internship in Palestine (Law, Human Rights, Media)The program was absolutely amazing. Even though I had only one week I was able to learn a lot about Palestine and the occupation. The staff was incredible and super attentive. I can say that this was a life changing experience and I would strongly recommend it. In the times we are living, it's a must have experience to understand the occupation and colonisation of Palestine.
I wish I could stay longer
August 28, 2025by: Alexandra Lucas - United KingdomProgram: Internship in Palestine (Law, Human Rights, Media)I have really enjoyed my time with the team at the Go Palestine Center. Mohamed, Manar and team do a brilliant job and show you all aspects of life in Hebron. The program is so well organized and varied and I would really encourage you to join it. I will definitely come back. The best thing about it is being able to meet so many people. Everyone is so friendly in Hebron and wants to take time to talk to you. I met so many inspiring people. My Arabic teacher Dalia is excellent - so patient - and I learned a lot in a short time which I was able to practice.
