GAC Gap Year Learn Chinese & Internship in China Program

Joining the GoAbroadChina program was a great experience for me. They helped with everything—from getting my visa to picking me up at the airport. I had a good internship where I learned a lot and also took Chinese language classes that were fun and useful. Living in China helped me understand and enjoy Chinese culture more. I met new people, tried new things, and learned how to work in a different country. This experience will help me in the future, both in my career and in life.

This program helped me do something useful with my summer. I had a part-time internship and language classes. My boss taught me new things and gave me small tasks to finish. The language class was in the afternoon, so my days were full but not too busy. I met other students and we practiced Chinese together. We went on group trips to learn about history and culture. The food was tasty and very different from home. I also learned how to use buses and trains by myself. The experience made me more confident. I would do it again in a second

I didn’t want to waste my gap year, and this program of GoAbroadChina was great. I learned Mandarin and also worked in an internship. The mix of school and work made every week interesting. I met people from different countries and made good friends. I loved the city tours, local food, and even learning calligraphy. The schedule gave me freedom and structure at the same time. My Chinese got better every day through practice. I also learned a lot about Chinese business. This gap year program of GoAbroadChina gave me purpose and helped me grow.
