as a Swedish student i really wanted to see how the HR experience would really look like in China and starting my journey with GAC within the second week of just thinking of going there I landed in Shanghai international airport. GAC handled all the fluffy stuff from visas to legal work or every other transporting related issues. i was placed in a company and immediately got into real working responsibilities. I would say it's totally different from the Europe, because AI is replacing most of the labor and that's one of the most concerning points i noticed.
