Paid Internship in China: Business, Consulting & Trading

I got to intern at an architecture firm in Shanghai. I got the idea that is was actually a well established firm, although I only got to work in one section. I joined a team of people who were doing some project design and research and was assigned a guide for the first few weeks. They worked with all the latest models, but there was never a shortage of tasks to do. To me it felt very professional, and they were great enough to give me a small salary; lunch was provided at the company canteen. I gained something from my internship and I'm sure it will help me once I finish my course and start looking for companies to get into.

Applying through GAC was my only option as I had been applying to so many internship roles in the US, but was unsuccessful, as I had no experience in my field. It really was a simple process giving my requirements to Go Abroad China and they were able to find me a company. A few misunderstandings encountered but nothing too hectic. I was able to arrive in China, start my internship and now Im back home reminiscing the 4 months I spent in China. Id do it again.

one of the most rewarding experiences of my entire life because of how it was structured by Go Abroad China's team. i applied from here on profile of them after searching longer and seeing many other program providers too and within a short amount of time i received reply and had interview with them and so the host company. airport pick up and visa support really helped me as a stranger to settle in a place that I have never been to it in my life. we had Chinese classes and weekend tours with other colleagues of host company.
