Volunteer Champion Internship with a UK Charity in Cambodia

Intern in Cambodia with Globalteer and support numerous charitable projects around the world. Make a positive impact on children, communities, and animals. You will gain valuable life and workplace skills under the guidance of our experienced international team.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Following up volunteer applications for Globalteer projects worldwide by phone, e-mail, and other appropriate means
Answering e-mail and telephone inquiries and responding to volunteers
Maintaining volunteer placement booking records
Sending pre-arrival information to volunteers
Liaising with other staff in multiple locations regarding prospective volunteers
Handling background checks
Reaching out to potential partners
General administration
37.5-hour work week
Other duties as assigned in support of Globalteer’s charitable objectives

Requirements for this internship are:
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Well organized and numerate, with excellent attention to detail
