The Borneo Marine and Sea Turtle Conservation Project is offering a Marine Science Advanced (A) Level course that runs from 14 to 16 weeks. The program is offered in conjunction with the Cambridge Examination Board. This internationally recognized course is ideal for individuals interested in getting into Environmental Science or Marine Biology at the university; instructors or divemasters who want to upgrade their skills; or anyone who wants to pursue a career in aquaculture, tourism, marine biology, fisheries, or shipping. The course is fully comprehensive and, over the past three years, 75% of students received an A*/A – worth 140 UKAS points. Program Highlights

Take part in a Marine Science program that covers many ecosystems, including seagrass beds, mangroves, coral reefs, sandy and muddy shores, coastal processes, and open oceans.

Get hands-on experience with sand sieves, fishing techniques, plankton nets, scuba diving, microscopes, and many more.

Pay a required donation that covers the cost of marine science lessons & practical dive instruction to PADI advanced diver, transport & travel during the course, accommodation, and food & drinks.

Join a program that runs for four hours per day and includes diving, fieldwork, experiments, and lectures.
