Blogging Internship with a UK Charity in Cambodia

Take on an internship in Siem Reap with Globalteer and help support numerous charitable projects. Make a real difference in the lives of children, community members, and animals. Gain valuable life and workplace skills as well as receive guidance from our experienced team.

Key duties:
Writing, editing, & producing regular, quality blogs
Visiting Globalteer’s local projects & partners to research stories
Interviewing & communicating with volunteers, staff, & project partners
Researching topics that relate to Globalteer’s mission & vision
Regularly pitching new blog content ideas & work to produce them
General administration
37.5-hour work week
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Fluent spoken & written English
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Numerate, well organized & with excellent attention to detail
Strong research skills
Knowledge of best SEO practices
Ability to meet deadlines
Flexible team player with the energy & enthusiasm required to work in the charity sector
A commitment to Globalteer’s Code of Conduct & Child Protection Policy
Minimum age of 18
Team player, but also comfortable working independently
