Shapers Academy - Fully Funded Career Accelerator

Shapers Academy is a fully funded international career accelerator for ambitious young people (18–30) ready to build a real career in marketing, sales, and business development. The program runs for 6 months in total. From day one, you are placed at a vetted Ljubljana-based company working on real business challenges — and during the first 4 weeks, you simultaneously attend an intensive skill sprint in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development led by a high-level industry expert: no ramp-up period, no fluff. You learn and execute at the same time. By the time the 4-week training wraps up, you are already embedded in your company and hitting your stride.
