The breadth of activities was great and it means I feel I’m leaving with a broader understanding on not just outdoor based skills such as kayaking and starting fires but also leadership qualities and the realities of managing a big team effectively in difficult environments. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I had such a good time whilst also learning a lot about myself.

To be in Costa Rica was a great experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive and friendly throughout. I’d recommend the course to anyone.
