Get answers to all the most common questions about Fundación Bolívar Education.

For short-term stays, a 90-day tourist entry is often sufficient. For longer programs, a specific Volunteer Visa (12-VII) is required, which necessitates sponsorship and documentation from the host organization. Alternatively, a Temporary Resident Visa (12-X) may be necessary, involving an extensive application process at an Ecuadorian consulate prior to travel.

Created in January 2008 with the aim of channeling more efficiently volunteer work through several organizations, the foundation has since been building bridges between volunteers and organizations, with volunteers benefiting from the experience acquired through projects and the organizations benefiting from the time, love, and energy volunteers offer for free. We make sure volunteering becomes a wonderful experience for both parties.
