Fort Hays State University (FHSU) has positions open for full-time Instructors in the Department of English at Zhengzhou SIAS University, Henan Province, or Shenyang Normal University (SNU), Liaoning Province. Candidates should possess the following: - Master’s degree in English, TEFL, Linguistics, and Applied Linguistics, or MFA in Writing from a regionally accredited university - At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience This non-tenure track Instructor (MA/MFA degree) or Assistant Professor (PhD degree) role focuses on teaching (90% of the workload) English Composition to four class sections (with up to 30 students in each section). Additional duties include departmental or university service, making up 10% of your workload. FHSU’s annual international assignment is non-tenure but can be renewed (subject to review).
