Forever Changed International (FCI) stands as the voice for forgotten children worldwide. This 501(c)(3) non-profit, based in Camas, Washington, operates Dorie’s Promise Orphan Care Home in Guatemala City, fostering a holistic approach to childcare. Trained professionals in pediatrics, education, social work, and child care ensure emotional, educational, physical, and spiritual well-being. FCI's short-term mission program invites individuals, families, and groups to serve, providing vital financial support.

The FCI community, spanning Guatemala and beyond, strives for a better future for Guatemala's families and children. With Guatemala-based teams ensuring on-the-ground care and US-based teams managing administration and fundraising, FCI unites diverse talents toward one mission—to offer unparalleled care to every child entering Dorie’s Promise. Founded by Heather Radu, FCI's journey began with her transformative encounter in a Romanian orphanage, sparking a commitment to change lives through collective efforts.
