Students will learn from a professional sommelier how to choose wines, how they are made, the difference between grapes, how to taste them, and how to serve them correctly. Participants will also learn how to combine food dishes with the perfect wine to help elevate the dining experience. Furthermore, the program includes a guided visit to a renowned Tuscan winery (in Italian: cantina) to gain a more comprehensive knowledge of Italian wines. FCAS Sommelier Course is suitable for beginners, and lessons are taught with a free English interpretation service. Upon program completion, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance. ■ Program: ・Sommelier class 3 times (2 hours each class) ・Winery visit with wine tasting ・Florence City guided tour
