Expert AuPair

Expert AuPair is an American cultural exchange program based in Florida. We connect international students ages 18 to 26 with host families in the United States who need childcare. International au pairs work legally for host families, providing up to 45 hours of childcare per week. In exchange, they receive a weekly salary, educational support, and free room and board for one year.

The program aims to enrich the lives of young people worldwide while offering families the opportunity to experience a new culture and access affordable childcare services. Our international exchange programs include a rigorous screening process for both students and families, involving thorough background checks, and in-person interviews. We offer these programs not only in Florida but throughout the United States.
