Internship and Academic Programs with Euroace

The internship was good, but the key that I enjoyed the most was the social life, the Spanish classes and my host family. Overall an amazing experience and I love Valencia. The school was well organized with all the activities and I had the opportunity to meet people. The internship in the end was fine.

The instructors are excellent (they are "cracks", which is a good lol). The housing prices over the summer in Spain on the coast were steep. The administrators and everyone at Euroace were very accommodating, flexible, and kind.

Euroace gave me the opportunity to come to Valencia on multiple occasions for internships and Spanish classes. They were extremely helpful in helping me find accommodation, an internship in an organisation that fitted my profile and my academic/personal goals, along with providing me with wonderful Spanish lessons that included a vast number of international students to go along with the amazing teachers that they have at their disposal! I highly recommend people to reach out to Euroace if they want to go do their internship or Spanish course in Valencia!

I highly recommend Euroace if you are looking to learn Spanish, find an internship or volunteer program or want a gap year program! All of the staff are super accommodating and will work with you to fulfill your needs and wants to have the perfect abroad experience in Valencia. I had the best time taking Spanish courses with Euroace; the teachers make classes fun and engaging! Classes are for all ages and all speaking levels, so it is a very welcoming, open environment. I also had Euroace help me match with an internship program, and I would do this 100 times over!

I absolutely loved everything about my three month summer internship in Valencia with Euroace. I would highly suggest this program to anyone looking into studying abroad. My Spanish speaking skills improved immensely and I made a lot of new friends! I leaned a lot in my internship, and they can be very individualized based on what you study... For instance I got placed in a weightless clinic because I study nutrition. My host family was great and all the staff at the program headquarters were amazing. Do this program!

I had the time of my life in Valencia. I spent four weeks there with Euroace, and I feel so much more confident with my Spanish. The experience really got me excited about my Spanish education and I can't wait to learn more and hopefully return to Spain to continue the amazing cultural experience that I had! I highly recommend this opportunity to anyone and everyone.

As every internhsip mine started with the organisation. I was surprised how fast Experiment e.V. (my organisation in Germany) and Euroace worked together. Within 2 weeks I knew the location of my apartment and the hotel for my internship. That was the fastest organisation I have ever seen. I stayed in Valencia for 8 months and worked in the 4 - Star- Hotel Neptuno. When I came to Valencia I was really nervous and felt kind of lost but Jose from Euroace picked me up and showed me the first 2 days around. During this time I learned the basic things about Valencia and my work as well. After these 2 days I started my internship in Hotel Neptuno and it couldn't have been better. My spanish wasn't good at the beginning, but my workers were patient and helped me a lot. After 2 months I spoke spanish well and had a lot of contact with my colleagues, guests and spanish friends. My boss also gave me a lot of oportunities to get the different departments in the hotel to know. Mostly I worked at the reception, but I worked also 9 days with the cleaning ladies, 2 weeks in the restaurant and a few days in the kitchen. So the whole hotel staff was like a second family for me. The atmosphere was great, we laughed together and I learned a lot. After the internship in the Hotel I was sure, that I want to study International Hotelmanagement. My home was really good located. I lived directly in the centre of Valencia and everything was really close. The apartment was 7 minutes away from the supermarket, 2 minutes from the bus station and 6 minutes from the Metro station. For going to the beach I needed approximately 25 minutes with the bus and 15 with the Metro and tram. So it was no problem to go somewhere in Valencia. My room was big and I was able to decorate it how I wanted to. I lived together with people from different countries and liked it a lot. As a result I learned spanish and spoke english as well. Valencia is a busy city so I never felt alone and there are a lot of of things to do: a long and big park called "Rio", which is really pretty, a lot of Shopping - Areas, the beach and a lot of night clubs and bars at night time. I liked, that Valencia is safe at nighttime. I never felt uncomfortable when I went home with a friend from a bar or club. I would recommend Valencia as an internship city because the people are really friendly, the weather is always good and it is easy to travel to other cities. I travelled to Alicante, Madrid, Barcelona and Granada. Last but not least Euroace. The people who are working there are really nice and help a lot. They gave me a heater for the winter and a fan for the summer for free. They actually safed my life. I also did a spanish course for the last 2 months. They helped me directly with my problems I told them and we always had fun in the lessons. Euroace also arranges trips. I went with them to Requena and a Tapa-Flamenco-Show. It was really nice and not expensive. After these 8 months I achieved a lot of goals. I have a C1 Level in spanish now, got lovely spanish and english friends to know, learned to live on my own (cooking, money Management...), got a nice tan and I learned a lot from my internship. I feel prepared for the university now. :) So don't be shy and make your own experience! :)

I honestly had the best experience in Spain with the Euroace team! They all are so understanding and willing to help you no matter what! I can 100% recommend this program because the teachers were amazing, the family I lived with was awesome and the lifestyle was awesome. At one point I was going through some stuff and was having trouble adjusting and it was so easy to talk with the Euroace team and get help with what I was going through

Studying abroad with Euroace provided me with one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Thanks to them, I was able to visit various cities throughout Spain during my stay, gain a better grasp of Spanish culture and language through fun, hands-on classroom activities, and experience total cultural immersion via my stay with a welcoming host-family. I especially enjoyed our bi-weekly intercambio language exchange sessions at local pubs in Valencia, as well as our scenic kayaking adventure. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to study abroad in Spain!

I thouroughly enjoyed my visit to Spain with the help from Euroace. They helped provide me with all of the opportunities I ever could have imagined doing. From class to field trips, weekends excursions to intercambio language exchanges. The home I was provided was lovely and I still stay in touch with my madre española. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing experience in Spain!

It was hard sometimes but it was good to be learning rather than reviewing. We learned a lot, in a short time. I have seen my own improvement a lot in daily conversations. Academics: We needed homework and reaction papers every week. The class time was used very wisely . I learned a lot in every category. I think this course was a great experience. I wouldn't change anything. I learned a lot, and worked hard while having fun. Living Situation: I loved my host mom and would recommend her again. I loved being with a host family. Cultural Immersion: Oceanogràfic is the best. Flamenco the least. I really enjoyed all field trips. Great stay in Valencia and I'd love to return. Program Administration: I love the relationships I've built with my host mom and she definitely improved my stay. Seriously, this was a great experience. I wouldn't change what we learned and discovered.

Loved Isa and the program. I hope to keep connections! <3 Academics: Great materials. Isa is a great teacher, mentor, and friend. Equally worked on comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. But have people loosen up, the kids can go out with certain nights. Living Situation: Mucha love to Sefa. Greatest house mother of the program. Cultural Immersion: No fui Piragüismo. I liked Madrid most, least Albufera/Reina Sofia Make other museums in Madrid Mandatory. Program Administration: Love the EuroAce team. Isa and José were VERY supportive. Prada museum and Gaudi House

We reviewed a lot of tenses but we needed to because we all didn't know them very well. I felt like everyone was round my level. Living Situation: I loved Pilar. :) She felt like my real Mom. Cultural Immersion: I loved Barcelona and Intercambio night. I really didn't like the Manises. Program Administration: I felt like I trusted them and could go to them if I had problems.

Sometimes I would feel behind everyone else, but I think that just made me improve more! I really enjoyed all of our conversations in class! Academics: I think it would have been interesting to learn a little about Spain's history. I learned so much and had a lot of fun, but sometimes I couldn't go out because of all of our homework. Living Situation: My accommodation couldn't have been better! Cultural Immersion: I loved our 2 optional excursions - I think they were both a great way to see another aspect of Spain. I didn't like the Museo Artista Fallero. Program Administration: I feel like I had a close relationship with EuroAce and they helped me a lot!

Sometimes I felt the course parts were very easy. For the most part, there were some things I already knew about. It was a good review though. I loved my family, the classes! Everything was great!! I would do it again in a heartbeat. Academics: The materials used in class were very thorough. Though, sometimes I wish we would have worked on a little harder subjects and talked more in class. However, towards the last few weeks it got better. Living Situation: I really liked my mom. She was very nice and cooked great food! Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Barcelona the most! I loved everything about this city! The museums, people too! I also loved VELA. It was so interesting to learn how to do it. Enjoyed least - the ceramics museum - just wasn't my thing. Program Administration: I think EuroAce was very accommodating. They helped you out with anything and everything could've needed.

The class I was placed in was adequate. I learned a lot though, and the class was great. I feel that I learned something new every day, and the topics discussed were interesting. Living Situation: Everything was lovely. our host mom was amazing and every day we were more than accommodating. Cultural Immersion: The activity I enjoyed the most was Intercambio because we were given the opportunity to practice our Spanish while helpin others with English. I also met a lot of new people. All activities were great, equally. Program Administration: Isabel and Jose were great. They treated us very well, and I felt very welcomed. I feel that they supported us and definitely made our stay easier.

This has been an amazing experience thanks to all professors involved. Great leadership! Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Barcelona the most and the Museo Fallero the least. (It wasn't big enough! :)) Program Administration: EuroAce has been very accommodating and hospitable.

The first week was rough, I wished we started learning tenses and grammar right away. Academics: For class A, I wished we had more talking time to practice what we were learning. I wished we worked on it more. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed intercambio, Barcelona y sailing. Did not enjoy Albufera much. Program Administration: They have supported and helped me in making my stay easier.

At first, I felt that it wasn't adequate, but as the class progressed, I definitely felt more comfortable as I begun to undertand more and participate more in the discussions. We discussed many different topics and advanced grammar methods that were new. Academics: The materials used in class have been more than enough and are greatly appreciated for future reference for vocabulary and topics. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Barcelona the most. It was a great city with much to do and I've had a lot of free time to see the place we wanted. I enjoy Manies the least mainly because I was not feeling well, and I did not really understand the ceremonies as much. I would've rather done something more active. Program Administration: EuroAce was there and very supportive. It was nice to have Jose or Isabel to go to if O needed with the help of Chris and Kaylee The possibility of another visit to another town, like Granada on one of the weekends.

It was really good! Living Situation: My host mother was AMAZING! Everything was great! Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Intercambio the most! Program Administration: It was a close relationship. They have supported me and helped me in making my life easier during my stay.

Cultural Immersion: I liked El Bioparc but I do not believe it was related culturally to our visit here. The intercambio was the BEST. I felt I learned the most culturally and in speaking. Program Administration: They were all AWESOME and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any question (even the stupid ones).

I learned something new everyday. They offered a lot of different and fun activities for all the people. This trip gave a very good overview of what Spain has to offer. Academics: The materials used in has been enough. She (our teacher) conformed to our levels well. Living Situation: The teachers showed a lot of care and well-being, and they only wanted the best for us. Cultural Immersion: I really enjoyed Toledo, I wish we could have stayed lober. I didn't enjoy the Manises as much! Program Administration: I felt like they gave help when I needed it.

Every day contained new words and phrases. Academics: It was a nice divide between grammar and culture. Pronunciation is where I need a lot of work. Teachers were always willing to help with questions. Cultural Immersion: I liked Barcelona the most because of the artists and I liked Manises the least, but it was still good. It was all good! Program Administration: I was able to completely trust EuroAce with any help they gave me. I liked how we were able to have help when we needed, yet had enough freedom to discover Spain on our own.

I felt like the course was challenging but nit so hard that I couldn't understand the concepts that we studied. Everything seemed to be at an adequate level. For the most apart, I learned something new every day. There were some things that I already knew but sometimes it's good to review concepts. Academics: Isa did an excellent job as we always seemed to end the discussions at the perfect time. It was enough and varied with different books. Also, I felt as if we could have done more pronunciation and more technological mediums of learning. Living Situation: I felt very comfortable with everything. I am not used to having roommates but overall, everything was fine. Cultural Immersion: I really enjoyed Barcelona but did not enjoy the Museo Fallero as much as the others because I didn't feel connected to the festival. Program Administration: I could really talk to the leaders if I needed to, so I think they treated us excellently.

I was not over my head and I continued to learn everyday. Academics: We used many worksheets and exercises with repetition of the subject. it was good practice. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Madrid and the Oceanografico the most. I enjoyed the flamenco the least and several hours at the museums. Jose and Isa were always on time and ready to take us to places. Program Administration: It was a close relationship, but in the beginning everyone could of helped us with directions better.

At first it was a little hard because I hadn't had a Spanish class for a year. Academics: Isa is a great teacher, I learn a lot. But there were too many worksheets. I would have liked to review all of the tenses on the 1st day of class to use them the whole time. Cultural Immersion: I've enjoyed Madrid and Oceonografic very much and Manises the least. Program Administration: I felt they did everything possible to help me and make me comfortable.

I think I've seen a lot of this stuff already, but I wasn't using it correctly. Vocabulary was awesome I definitely learned something new everyday. Academics: I think the materials used were a bit limited, I personally didn't like the building very much. Estafania was an awesome teacher. Cultural Immersion: Madrid is the best, Bioparc the worst. Program Administration: I believe the relationship with the school was very good.

I learned new things everyday. Cultural Immersion: I didn't go to Paella and Flamenco. We needed way more time at the Oceanogràfic (most liked) because we only had 2 hours - we went to that later than all the other things and didn't have time to see everything since we watched the dolphin show. I didn't like the Ceramics Museum in Manises. Program Administration: They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

I feel like there was a perfect blend of new and old for me to review and grow. We talked about more challenging topics, which was interesting. I also love learning grammar (even when frustrating). Academics: The discussion, worksheets, excursions, and movie came together well. The class/teacher felt relaxed and we talked about what we wanted to or needed to but never had a wasted moment :) I would prefer a little less vocabulary (like sports, etc.) because I can use a dictionary for that. I prefer the other areas in class. Please tell students ahead of time about excursions so they can wear appropriate clothes. Living Situation: I feel like all of them were very welcoming and trustworthy. I could ask about questions or concerns without problems. I just had some host mom problems; so maybe you could ask about those–I know I'm not the only one. Cultural Immersion: No opinion for Flamenco and Paella. But I like Barcelona the most for the free time, Park Güell and Gaudí in general. I least liked Oceanogràfic, we needed more time because I wanted to see more! :)

I believe the course level and materials used were good. I feel like it was similar subjects to the other classes. But I enjoyed it a lot more. Academics: The materials were good. I enjoyed the conversation part of the class. Cultural Immersion: I liked the trips a lot! I enjoyed Bioparc, Madrid/Toledo, Oceanogràfic, Museo Fallero, and Barcelona the most. I didn't go to Paella. I found Manises the least enjoyable. Program Administration: The EuroAce people helped us out a lot especially when I had questions about the town and different things. I enjoyed the program and the class. There wasn't much support in the city from our teachers from SDSU but great help from EuroAce.

I did learn something new. Academics: Materials were adequate more or less, but I wish that we would have had a book or other review material to review tenses and conjugations (and conjugations of vosotros). Cultural Immersion: Most enjoyed: Madrid Least enjoyed: Manises, but it was still interesting Program Administration: There was plenty of support, and I feel like I was helped a lot. The only thing that none of us liked was how we had to find our own way home the first night, but I think that was more the fault of our professor, not EuroAce

I learned a lot of new things. Academics: Materials have been enough. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed the Oceanogràfic the most and the Manises the least. Program Administration: EuroAce was awesome and did everything they could to make us happy but SDSU professors did worse than I would have expected.

The level was adequate, though repetitive I learned a lot. Academics: I think that it would be helpful to have a workbook instead of worksheets. I love Esther she knew how to relate the material to our level. I enjoy conversation the most, I learned a lot. Living Situation: Barcelona hostel was interesting but not as good as a location or as nice as in Madrid. Cultural Immersion: Madrid/Toledo I enjoyed the most (was the best experience but maybe try to do less so that we can enjoy the city more) and Barcelona the least. Oceanogràfic: need more time Paella: very expensive Program Administration: I feel that EuroAce did a good job. I would have liked a lot more help the first night after being jet-lagged.

The course level was adequate for me having learned something new everyday. Academics: I think the materials were good. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed most Madrid/Toledo. The least would be Manises. Program Administration: It was a close relationship and I felt they really wanted to help me learn.

I wish we spent less time over present tense. Everyday we worked on grammar and also learned new phrases and useful vocab. I don't think that there was something missing in the program that would have made it better. Academics: I think the teacher has been able to present/organize the subjects according to class time. Living Situation: It would have been more fun to stay at a hostel, more open that has a bar and stuff that would be easy to meet new people. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Piraguismo the most and Albufera the least but it was still fun in El Mar. I wish we got more time on our weekend trips especially Toledo. Program Administration: I love everyone that works for EuroAce, so nice and funny. So easy to talk to you guys.

Ya si Sabia alguna cosas, siempre algo a aprender. There is always something new to learn. Academics: Do I think that the materials used in class have been enough or very limited? Yes and No. Nowadays, people are pushing a lot of technology, but my philosophy is that sometimes simpler is better for learning. Living Situation: We both, Kala and I, marked non-smoking on our sheets and we told our host mom twice (once hinting and once more direct) that we don't like smoking, but her son still smoked when he stayed with us. We loved Pilar, but it should be stress about not-smoking. Pilar is an amazing cook and a wonderful host mother. Cultural Immersion: I would have liked more time in Madrid/Toledo and the activities I liked most was Piraguismo/Vel/Barcelona. I can't choose! But the activity I least liked was the flamenco but I think it's just because I was tired.

I learned something new everyday. Academics: The materials used in class was enough. I wouldn't mind buying a book. Living Situation: Our mom was great and the beds were good. Cultural Immersion: I' enjoyed Peñiscola & Barcelona, but not much of Manises. Program Administration: Close relationship.

Even though some of it was a review, I still learned especially when it came to use certain tenses and our conversations helped me know when. I learned a lot about the culture/customs of Spain that I didn't know before and yes some of the material in the course I knew but I loved the review. The activities at times were a tad boring and too much walking and there was a lot spent at them where as the activities that were a lot of fun we didn't have much time. The EuroAce team was extremely supportive when it came to an issue with my host mom; I was extremely comfortable talking about it and knowing that they were there for me any time of the day. Academics: Estefania was amazing; Extremely patient with me when I was talking. I wish there could have been more vocabulary especially on words used in Spain. Living Situation: It was very good especially in Barcelona. Cultural Immersion: I did enjoy Madrid, Barcelona and Oceanografic. However, the latter I think needs more time for us to explore. Toledo was a tad boring. Maises, we only had the tour but not the factory. On the other hand, Manises factory was good but not much of the tour. Program Administration: Great job! keep giving students the opportunity to come and study here!

At the beginning it was difficult for me, but it helped me to progress faster than I would have in the other class. I definitely learned new things everyday. It helped me to stay focused. This trip was really worth it. I am so happy I had the opportunity to come and see what Spain is all about. If I got the opportunity again, I'd definitely come back. Academics: We received plenty of material that I will continue to use once I return home. Living Situation: I really enjoyed this. Living with a family really helped me to understand the Spanish culture. Cultural Immersion: Barcelona was my favorite. I also really enjoyed Oceanografic and Bioparc. There was nothing I didn't enjoy! Program Administration: EuroAce helped with everything. I never had a question left unanswered. Had a wonderful time!

I felt like I brushed up on some grammar I struggled with. I feel that I learned more details about everyday Spanish life. No topic felt old and boring. It's hard to tell how my Spanish has increased, I still need to pick and choose my verbs and their tenses better, but the reasons for them are clearer. Spanish feels more natural now. I was very satisfied with this experience. I could get help if I needed it and do things as a group, but I also had time for individual activities. I have so many great memories... Gracias! Academics: Having a native Valencian teacher was more helpful than any book. We covered a lot of subjects thoroughly and reviewed them periodically. I feel that many things were learned and processed in a short period of time. It was a little confusing that people who talked less than others got better grades. A more detailed explanation of how grades work would help. Living Situation: All we needed for hostels was a place to crash. Good locations. Cultural Immersion: Needed more time in Oceanográfic. I enjoyed more during the trips and Oceanográfic.And the least in Ceramics. I really enjoyed the little excursions. There were a variety of activities. Ceramics was interesting but a tad boring with the guide. I did think there was plenty of churches. A couple less would have been ok. Program Administration: It was nice to explore on our own. It was sometimes frustrating but it helps to get out there and get lost and learn. But, if we needed advice or help, Isabel and José were always ready and willing to help. Always had helpful suggestions. I really can't think of anything missing in the program. We did a variety of activities all the time. I saw and did amazing things I will never forget.

I think the level of the course was adequate for me, it made me apply myself. I learned something new everyday, even if it was small details it was still significant. Sometimes other people in my class spoke so much I couldn't add a word in. Academics: Very good job, loved the games, helped me learn 2x as much. Useful if we had more worksheets that explain the exceptions to certain things. Cultural Immersion: Most liked: Oceanografic Least: Ceramic Museum I like going places without "guides." Program Administration: I thought they helped a lot and were really nice and welcoming.

The course was great, but I think there needs to be more division in the lower class, because it was hard for the youngest and really easy for the oldest. But I couldn't decide whether I have learned enough or a lot. Academics: We've had enough materials in class. The tenses should have been spread out, not lumped into the last week. Comprehension more. Por y por a. Living Situation: My hostmom yelled at me daily and was never pleased with anything I did. She questioned me on all sorts of things that was not her business. Cultural Immersion: Vela is the most enjoyable and Albufera the least. Program Administration: I would have liked a list of museums and such the first day, not the book. I felt like I did not know what was available to do in my free time.

I think it was a good review for me, because it allowed me to capitalize on the material, but I could have been challenged more. I have learned more slang, which can really enhance a conversation. I could always improve and I need more practice Academics: I wish we could have practical talking more. I think we have fairly worked on comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation, especially with the journal from Chris and Angie. Living Situation: I was very pleased with everything that was included in this trip. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Piragüismo the most, and Albufera the least. Program Administration: I think they gave us enough independence to learn the culture.

I would have liked more practice worksheets, and I think that some of the time could have been spent more on the difficult parts and less on present tense. Academics: The materials used in class was not quite enough, I would have liked more practice worksheets. And the teacher could have spent more time on the difficult parts and less on present tense. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Piragüismo the most, and Vela the least. Program Administration: It was a close relationship.

I needed the review of basic topics, and I was happy to have gone over the topics we did. I especially enjoyed the new vocabulary we learned local to Spain. I improved very much from the amount of speaking both inside and outside of class, as well as the work on sentence structure, my speaking ability has improved immensely. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Flamenco the most. Albufera was my least favorite. I would suggest leaving earlier in the day for trips, right after school instead of waiting until later in the day. Program Administration: Ester was a wonderful profé and Isa and José did extremely well with the choice of activities, quality of accommodations, etc.

There were topics we already covered, but I needed t he review, so it was really helpful. Academics: Me gustaria mas tiempo. Menos tarea. jijiji Living Situation: I stayed with Pilar Estruch, and her son stayed with us. He smoked in the apartment even after we talked to Pilar about it. Program Administration: Me encanta esa programa -- Yo pienso que hay bastante ayuda y apoya. I definitely enjoyed my time here and will recomment the program to other students.

If it wasn't new that I learned everyday, it was review that I needed. I feel that my Spanish has increased a lot, still not always sure on specific tenses. Academics: I think that there was enough materials in class. I like the vocabulary the best and now my pronunciation is a Spain/Argentina mix. The course is almost complete, although maybe some future tense work. But vocabulary was seldom towards the end - maybe a good thing though. Living Situation: I love my host mother. She was perfect! Cultural Immersion: Most enjoyable would be Barcelona and Piragüismo; least was Madrid/Toledo. Perfect for Spain, but good for other Spanish countries. Program Administration: Really supportive and close - easy to talk to. I thought we had a month of filled time which was nice; maybe more time here.

The amount of vocabulary was crazy and interesting. I feel that my Spanish has improved very very much! Academics: A lot of worksheet but its the best/easy way for review. Living Situation: Youth hostels or room with more roommates would have been fun. Host Mom was the best possible. Cultural Immersion: Barcelona is the most enjoyable, Flamenco the least. It would have been nice to learn the dance. Program Administration: EuroAce was amazing and wonderful. Although spending/getting more free time on trips would have been fun.

But I would have liked to have another level of class because it was difficult with many people at different levels. Yes, I think I learned a lot of new info including nouns, tenses, and verbs. I took good notes so I feel I have learned a lot. Academics: I enjoyed the teaching style with what we had. I wish pronouns would have been explained better, but it's a difficult subject. I feel like I had a lot of room for improvement and worked equally on all. I think I learned a sufficient amount in 5 weeks, more than I thought was possible. Living Situation: I really enjoyed my stay! Host Mom and all! Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Oceanografic the most, and Museo Artista Fallero the last. I feel way more fluent, but I also feel like I might loose it when I go back. Also, I wonder if there are levels at which one improves more or less. I would like to say how much I have appreciated all the hospitality from Isa and José. José went out of his way to help us play basketball in the city and helped me when I got hurt. Isa is simply amazing and a GREAT teacher. The fact that they accompanied us on excursions and were a constant presence helped us so much. THANK YOU!! Academics: Creo que tenemos bastantes papeles. posiblemente demasiados. Mas que todas mis clases a sosu. Isa es una profesor muy muy buena Maybe an interaction between the different classes. Maybe. I enjoyed the more cultural activities like Albufera and Flamenco and Museo more. I think special things like zoos should be optional. I don't even like animals. Program Administration: EuroAce, Isa and Jose have gone so far out of their way to make us feel at home and make the most of our trip. I couldn't be more grateful! I would have liked more opportunities to meet with native Spanish speakers. Maybe another optional conversation night? Everything about this program was amazing. It was still beneficial though I really have the basics down. It never hurts to work on the basics. Academics: Enough materials were used. The teacher was organized most of the time, although we did get off topic every now and then. I would've liked to work on verb tenses, more than ser vs. estar. We spent a lot of time on just that. Living Situation: Seca is la leche. Cultural Immersion: Barcelona the most, Albufera the least. Program Administration: It was excellent. The weekly meetings with Chris and Angie were good, too. I wish we could've spent more time on verb tenses, instead of just 3-4 days covering all of them.

The internship was quite adequate, and new things can be learned from. Academics: I have been assigned tasks, but there were moments where there were not many of them Program Administration: Isabel and Jose were very helpful. Great treatment, and EuroAce made my stay easy and enjoyable. :)

I learned a lot about the basics again but it would have been nice to have more time on tougher topics. I felt that we spend too much time on some basics so it left less time for other tenses. I have increased my vocabulary tremendously. I always struggle when speaking but I can think of sentences faster and comprehend better than when I arrived. Academics: The materials used in class were enough, with the teacher able to organize subjects. But instead of handing out papers separately, make a packet with all papers for the week in there. Cultural Immersion: Madrid & Barcelona: Need more free time or need to leave from Valencia sooner ex. have people bring stuff to class and leave after. I enjoyed piragüismo most and Albufera. I did not like the dirty beach. Program Administration: Everything I needed and had a question about was taken care of immediately. Materials used in class was just enough. What's missing though is more time on subjunctive and going outside of the class to learn vocabulary.

EuroAce is great at checking up and making sure we are having a good time. Academics: There were times when there were no projects to do and I would be wasting time on Faceboook or other things. My project ranged a lot from marketing and advertising. I've made great friends in the company. Program Administration: It was a close relationship. Isabel and Jose were more like friends than supervisors. And they helped me a lot when I was sick the first week here.

I have learned professionally during the internship. Academics: I would have a lot of tasks, but at times, things got slow. So there wasn't a lot to do for the day. I have made great friends in the company. Program Administration: I was treated well. They are a class act. Always helpful and got involved in daily activities as well as in things that didn't have to deal with work but establishing long-term friendships. It would have been better if we had organized trips out of the city.

I did learn something new everyday, and there was also much repetition. However, it is good to review subjects that I know because I need to practice them more often. Academics: We learned much about the vocabulary and conjugations, but we didn't as much about the grammar and/or pronunciation. I would have liked to have the class involve more discussion. Living Situation: My host family was very nice and helped me with my Spanish. Cultural Immersion: I enjoyed Peñiscola the most because I liked how at the beginning we went to relax and play volleyball. It helped to get to know everyone better. But I didn't enjoy Manises much since it was slightly boring. Program Administration: I felt that if I needed help. EuroAce would be willing to help me. I would suggest to wait before doing the tour of Valencia. I felt that we were all tired from the flight and overwhelmed at the moment. It was difficult to remember everything. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The program was absolutely adequate. It showed me a lot more about the teaching experience and the children. Academics: I had to create my own work. I worked with students and find help for students. I worked on different departments from teaching to organizing portfolios and managing sports. I also made great friends in the company. Program Administration: I had a close relationship with EuroAce. They helped in making my stay easier. It would have been great if there was more excursions like visits to museums and the arts.

My internship was very beneficial and now I understand the importance of a researching a country's culture when doing business with them. My host company had lots of paperwork and I learned a lot of legal procedures. Academics: I've had specific tasks at times. But at other times there were tasks I had to wait on someone else to finish. My host company (Ana specially) made sure that I knew what I was working on and why. I worked in the accounting and data protection department. I have made great friends in the company. Program Administration: EuroAce was very friendly, helpful and supportive. One thing missing in the program that could be made better is not to arrive on a Sunday where everything was closed. I would have liked a day to walk around to find EuroAce.

I have learned many new things that will benefit me. I was able to gain experience in the field that I am going into and learn new things. I thought I learned a lot and I feel that the experience I got was very practical. Academics: At the beginning, it was really vague but as my internship developed so did my responsibilities and assignments. The host company was awesome to work with. I taught and worked at the reception desk performing social work. They are great to work with and I have made great friends in the company. Program Administration: They were great to work with.

Great place to work! Great atmosphere! Future place for outgoing people, not introverts. I learned a lot of new vocabulary, new mentalities and points of view. I learned a lot from working with so many different people and having good frequent interaction with some of the people in-charge. Academics: I love my co-workers and made great friends in the company. I have been tasks and assignments and also had moments that I wasn't doing anything. There was workload flux with tourism flows, but always managed and found things to do. I worked in reception to cleaning to cooking to writing. Cultural Immersion: It would be great if we can have group activities at the start of our stay rather than middle or end. Program Administration: EuroAce helped but we didn't really need that much help.
