The Master’s Cycle (equivalent to Year 1 & 2 of a Master’s degree) at ESDES Business School is a two-year program based in Lyon at the UCLy campus. State-accredited and awarded the official Master’s degree grade, it is designed for students holding a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) who aspire to leadership roles and responsible management careers.
This career-focused program combines advanced academic expertise with hands-on experience, including strategic consulting projects and a 6-month executive internship. Students also benefit from strong international mobility opportunities and a curriculum emphasizing corporate social responsibility (CSR) challenges in today’s business world.
Students can choose from four specialized tracks:
International Business Administration (100% in English): Focus on global commercial and logistics strategy

Management, Human Sciences & Innovation: Learn to lead change while balancing business performance and human impact
