Program Overview
Not many young footballers can say they've trained with an official Premier League club foundation, but the Aston Villa Foundation Football Camp makes it possible.
Held at Oakham School in the heart of England, this program brings together players ready to be challenged—on the pitch, in the classroom, and in their thinking about the game. It runs on a fully closed campus where sports facilities, residences, and training grounds sit side by side, with 24/7 supervision throughout.
The program delivers 20 hours of football per week across two daily sessions. Training is built around the Villa methodology—focusing on individual technique, collective tactics, and competitive intensity. Every participant receives a full official Aston Villa kit from day one. Beyond the sessions themselves, coaches run a series of educational workshops that take the learning off the pitch: game analysis, emotion and stress management, nutrition, careers in sport, and teamwork.
