Volunteer Teaching in Ecuador, South America
Program Overview
Join our teaching volunteer work project in Ecuador, South America (Latin America), and make a real difference in the lives of underprivileged children. You don't have to be a teacher to volunteer in our teaching projects in Ecuador.
This project aims to provide education to children aged 4 to 12 years old and address the shortage of teachers in rural and urban public primary schools. Teaching volunteers are welcome to participate in our schools, bringing a diverse range of educational and professional backgrounds, including English, math, music, manual arts, gymnastics, and sports, among other academic areas.
Our schools and ELEP Volunteer & Internship Programs welcome anyone passionate about sharing educational knowledge with students eager to learn. Volunteers collaborate as teacher assistants and work with Ecuadorian teachers, although, at certain times, they work as the main teachers.
Whether you're on a gap year, career break, or holiday vacation and want to travel abroad with a purpose, this is the opportunity you're looking for. Do something amazing and volunteer to teach children in Ecuador.
