These are opportunities to undergo training in animal healthcare issues, helping improve their veterinary skills. They gain valuable hands-on experience to boost their résumé. During the internship program, participants will assist the local staff of professional vets in carrying out daily duties such as: - General animal health consultation - Diagnostic and clinical treatments - Laboratory tests and analysis - Spay and neuter programs - Surgery: performing or assisting in surgical procedures - General care of animal patients: monitoring, administering medicine, etc. Our Veterinary Internships are based in Quito and run from 2 to 12 week...
