What is DreamSpear ?

DreamSpearAzuero is a 21-day immersive educational camp focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, and real-
world learning. Students learn through hands-on projects, community engagement, cultural immersion, and outdoor challenges — not traditional classroom lectures.

Who is this camp for?

This program is designed for students ages 18–25 who are curious and interested in learning about leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity, and meaningful experiences beyond traditional education.

Where is the camp located?

The camp is hosted in Pedasí, Azuero Peninsula, Panama, with the main base an oceanfront learning space that serves as
the center for activities, classes, and student life.

What is the arrival process for students?

Students arrive in Panama City, where the program begins. The following day, the group flies together to Pedasí, ensuring
safe and supervised travel throughout the program.

How is the program structured?

Each day combines:
experiential classes (mindset, innovation, leadership)
community projects with local organizations
outdoor challenges (surf, hike, kayak, etc.)
cultural workshops (cooking, artisan labs, storytelling)
individual project development
Learning follows the DreamSpear framework: Mindset → Visualization → Process → Execution.
