Program Overview

Scandinavian furniture has a deep history of considering people, culture, and society in the design process.

This course explores these relationships and develops your individual design capabilities through studio assignments, lectures, field studies, and the application of your prototype in the studio. It is taught vertically, and expectations relate to you as an individual student.
