Dimitri's Farm & Vineyard: Learning Center in Greece

thank you, Kostas and everyone who made my time on Lipsi so amazing and special! I am going to miss all the cuddling with the cats (and my friends) and the cooling off in the ocean after the work in the morning I'm thankful for the time I had here in the Mamma Mia life I got to live for the past three weeks. Hopefully I'll see you again.

This trip was the best experience of my current life! Thank you, Kostas for making this possible. I had so many beautiful moments on this island that I will never forget. I will come home having learned so many new things. Plus, I met friends for life here, for which I am very grateful. So thank you so much for the good food and your "really" funny jokes that made every day a little bit better.

It has been truly indescribable eight weeks with so many unique wonderful people who made the time so unforgettable and to whom I just want to say thank you, of course also to Kostas. I will miss lipsi and in particular I will miss the people who accompanied me here, but as we say in German: man sieht sich immer zweimal i'm leben

I never thought that such a small island could create such a great memory. I will definitely come back sometime and visit you. Thank you for cooking for us and laughing with us, those were the funniest days I had in a long time!

The time at your farm was fantastic! Your food tasted amazing especially the pumpkin with cinnamon and honey. Not only is your farm beautiful but also the whole island. I am going to miss the beach, the water, the warm weather, the cats, the food, and all the people I met! Thank you so much Kostas for having me at your farm, it was an unforgettable time!

Thank you, Kostas for creating this perfect place in the middle of nowhere. I will never forget how easy it can be to find new friends and open and welcoming. The locals are on Lipsi. I will miss your food and your jokes. Don't forget that you promised me to never take down our wine artwork! See you soon.

Kostas, thank you for this wonderful time and for being able to experience these new things. I really love waking up on the farm every day and learning and seeing something new. It has opened my eyes to how good it is and how beautiful it is to live with only what you really need. I'm very grateful and have taken this little piece of earth. Very close to my heart!Thank you to all the other great people, who are an important part of my farm stay.

Thank you, Kostas for the time on Lipsi. I made some memories that will be forever in my head. I really liked your food, especially the pancakes you made for us one day. I also really enjoyed your storytime like the one about the sheep. I made some nice friends because of your farm and really fell in love with the island life. Hopefully we will see each other again sometime.

This island is literally a paradise, I'll miss the beach and the warm weather so much, also the girls, food, village, and honestly everything! I'll come back so until then, love you everyone, love you lipsi!

Some of my favorite moments were going for a swim before work, playing games on the farm, making the perfect fried egg, greek dancing in town, and meeting all the amazing people and gaining new friends. I am really glad for my time here and for the people I can call my friends now for life. Thank you, Kostas, for creating a little wholesome paradise for all of us!

In my seven weeks on the farm, I met a lot of different groups of people. Every lunch together with all the good food from Kostas, the few times we went to Manolis for dinner, or when we went together down in the village to the port. And I have the best host I could have imagined. Thank you for the great time with you, for all of your jokes, for the cooking lessons, the many fun tasks we did together in the welcoming atmosphere.

The time on Dimitri's farm just flew by. I enjoyed the sun and the warmth to the fullest. It was even possible to go swimming in the sea in November! And I was also able to enjoy so many cuddly moments with the cats. I learned a lot about his farm and can take a lot of useful things home with me.Picking olives was the highlights for me!

I was staying at the farm for about four weeks and this was by far the most exciting experience I have had. Kostas is such a nice person and also one of the funniest guys I've ever met. If someone would ask me if I would want to visit the farm again, my answer would be 100% yes!

Kostas, thank you for a very nice day at your farm. I really enjoyed being here, disconnecting with my stressful life in Germany and finding more to myself. I've had the chance to make a cool new experiences such as horseback riding, Greek lessons, and island trips. Thank you for all your advice and all your help.

My favorite moments from the farm: Greek yogurt with cinnamon and honey, creating memories, cats sleeping, literally everywhere, and all of the new friends. I loved going to the beach at night, and when the sunsets. So many walks and talks and fun enjoyable memories. I'm going to miss the 5 kg bucket of yogurt, the most.How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
