Digital Front Office & Guest Experience Internship

Join our international hospitality team and gain hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel operations, and digital communication. Key responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests before, during, and after their stay. Communicate with guests via email, phone, and online platforms. Support check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping coordination, and daily operations. Handle guest inquiries and contribute to customer satisfaction. Assist with online reputation management and guest feedback. Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent service. Support administrative tasks related to hotel operations. Requirements: Full-time availability for 5-6 months. Studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field. Excellent English (required). Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Team player with a proactive attitude. What we offer: €900 gross per month Meal vouchers and public transport reimbursement.
