Program Overview
Support children's education while experiencing authentic community life in rural Kenya. Based in Nyamira County, this program brings together international volunteers, local teachers, and students to create engaging learning experiences and foster meaningful cultural exchange.
Volunteers work alongside school staff to support classroom activities, literacy and numeracy development, tutoring, creative learning projects, mentorship, sports, arts and crafts, computer skills, and other educational initiatives. The program serves vulnerable and disadvantaged children, helping provide a supportive learning environment that encourages personal growth and academic development.
Beyond the classroom, participants gain insight into Kenyan culture, local traditions, and the realities of rural education.
