My TEFL wasn’t just good but amazing. I learned things that i will proudly use with my students. Recommending it to people won’t be an option to me as I gain so much and ready to share it. Taking my TEFL course was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to Finnish even though I was scared at the beginning but the more I went through it… is the more I understood and open my eyes….I was fully engaged, learning so much about language teaching, classroom techniques, and how to create an exciting learning environment. The course was well-structured, eye opening , and packed with practical knowledge that has truly boosted my confidence. I’m beyond proud to have completed it, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering teaching English or any other languages. If you’re thinking about it please stop thinking and go for it! The course was well put together and very beneficial to me. With my prior knowledge to teaching English I could identify with about 50% of what was being taught. I've just completed teaching my 8th year teaching English as a foreign language. I recall my course fondly because I learned there the fundamentals that I needed to know. Working hard in that course opened the door to a new world and changed life, very much for the better. Unlike the other newly-minted teachers in my class, I had just retired from a successful career. I wanted the benefit of a professionally taught, in-person course to qualify me to teach abroad. My certificate was immediately accepted in Germany, my goal country, and I was teaching as soon as my German long-term visa/work permit was granted.

The course was definitely INTENSIVE. It was every day for about 8 or 9 hours plus a few hours of homework a night. we also took a few foreign language classes as part of our training and had many opportunities to practice teaching. I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot, but was ready ro return to my new Spanish lifestyle!

The course was great. It was really intensive and strenuous, but the instructors and our class as a whole were fantastic. The experience and feedback from the practicum were extremely helpful, and they had a really amazing group of students who were happy to get to know. They did a great job of making us feel comfortable and the staff and instructors were always available to answer any questions and help us with whatever we needed.

Having a TEFL certification seemed like the base requirements for the schools, and I definitely needed a refresher on grammar, so it was well worth the money spent to join the course. The course was amazing.

The course was great! It covered all the aspects of teaching, and I have seen how it has translated directly into my teaching. Spain is the best! Amazing, really. I love it. I had never left the country before so was a whole new experience.

yes really Loved taking the 11-Week Online TEFL course. Working full time with irregular hours this course snuggly fit into my schedule. I was given a week to read the material, write an entry on the blog (which was great to share my thoughts) and, submit the assignment. The teacher was great in responding to my concerns by e-mail and offering advice and support when needed. Going into this course I did not have a teaching background. However, by reading through the course and as I mentioned sharing my thoughts gained the tools needed to succeed as an ESL teacher abroad. With much enthusiasm look forward to using the skills learned in this course to apply with my future students. The fee for this course is worth every cent!

The Barcelona TEFL course was great. I came out feeling confident that I was ready to teach; even not knowing the native language of the country. It has helped me prepare lessons plans, elicit information, and think outside the box to communicate words.

I have tried the same certification class at a different school, and I had to quit since the curriculum was not user friendly. This school, however, was very thorough and the teachers were very good.

The course was useful, the staff was prompt and kind, and the website is easy to use and is functional. I recommend the course to anyone looking for this certification!

After researching various ESL courses and companies, I came across a review by an educator who gave this course and school high marks. My advisor Michael, answered all my questions and concerns about the course and cost. I then ordered the recommended course books and began my journey into ESL training. The course is comparable to any university class I have completed for my undergrad but straightforward enough that the learning process is easy to follow and complete. My instructor was available to answer my questions and gave me tips on how to be a great ESL teacher. After completing the course I used the school resources to find and complete my practicum, and i am still volunteering with the company today. I recommend this course and school to anyone looking for ESL Certification. If you happen to be an veteran there is an available discount to help cover the cost of the course.

I didn't feel comfortable teaching English without having a certificate. I had never taught anything before and had no idea how I would teach English as a second language, it absolutely worth it to get certified to do so. It gave me a lot more confidence. In this organization I found that their website had a real wealth of information on all of the ins and outs of teaching english abroad. Also, they were in constant contact with support for any questions I had.

Classes were expertly structured, class size was small and teachers were thoughtful and thorough with their instruction. Sadly for me, Covid changed the trajectory of how- and where- I used my certification. I didn't end up going to Korea, but because of their comprehensive curriculum, I am now working as a teacher here in the States. Bottom line: My career today wouldn't have been possible without the organization's accessibility and affordability. If you're on the fence about attending, let this be the push you need to enroll today.

I enjoyed being able to work at my own pace and to be able to take advantage of the loads of free time I had due to the current quarantine. I thought the program was well done and loved all of the resources that it recommended. I am already certified to teach in the US, but not English so I had a good foundation of the best practices. This gave a lot more detail on ELLs and a ton of ideas and resources to utilize.
