Babyshine Free Education & Childcare is a community-based volunteer program located in Mbweni Teta, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We provide free early childhood education and care, along with a safe learning environment, for children from underserved families. Volunteers support our teachers with classroom activities, reading, storytelling, arts and crafts, educational games, outdoor play, and other creative learning experiences. You may also help prepare learning materials, organize activities, and share your own skills to inspire young children. No teaching qualification is required. We welcome caring, patient, and enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy working with children and are eager to experience Tanzanian culture. Our friendly team will guide and support you throughout your stay. By volunteering with Babyshine, you will make a meaningful impact on children's lives while gaining valuable childcare experience, cultural exchange, and unforgettable memories.
