Your STEM Summer Research project is supported by the University College Dublin (UCD) O’Brien Center for Science and takes place over eight weeks in the summer for six total credits. UCD is a research-intensive university, and projects are available in several STEM fields. Working alongside researchers, you will conduct independent research based on your approved, pre-selected project. Mentorship and support from both your faculty and the Arcadia Dublin Center staff are essential components of this intensive, highly competitive program. University College Dublin is Ireland’s largest university, with 30,000 students from 136 countries, and is a leading international research university with significant industry links. The campus is a few miles outside central Dublin, on 328 acres, and features a Student Center, health and fitness center, Olympic-size pool, student cinema, Global Lounge, and a Woodland Walk. You can choose from over 140 clubs and societies.
