Coursework is divided between real-time engagement with professors based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and asynchronous learning sessions (including pre-recorded lectures, films, course readings, virtual tours, and other virtual cultural activities) that allow participants to reinforce their in-class learning. The academic program centers on two regional studies courses taught in English that explore the politics, society, and culture of the South Caucasus. Program Highlights
Experience approximately six total hours of virtual cultural activities and excursions to places of historical and cultural importance in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
Be part of virtual activities and excursions conducted by local alumni and staff.
Receive full academic credit (8 undergraduate credit hours or 10 graduate credit hours) from Bryn Mawr College.
Apply for financial aid sponsored by American Councils.
