Join this unique, 12-day adventure tour designed specifically for students of African Dance. The special itinerary introduces them to indigenous origins, integrating a cultural tour into a traditional safari. They learn about the dance, music, and history of 5 ethnic groups: Wameru, Maasai, Barabaig, Iraqw, and Hadzabe. Day 1: Arrival and dinner Day 2: Arusha, Wameru Tribe Day 3: Moduli, Maasai Tribe Day 4: Tarangire National Park Day 5: Katesh, Barabaig Tribe Day 6: Karatu, Iraqw Tribe Day 7: Lake Eyasi Cultural tour of Hadzabe Day 8: Serengeti National Park Da7 9: Ngorongoro Day 10: Arusha to Bagamoyo Day 11: Bagamoyo Day 12: Bagamoyo to Dar es Salaam People in Tanzania use music and dance to teach lessons, celebrate, share news, mourn, and conduct ceremonies. The country is home to more than 120 ethnic groups, each with its own cultural dance and songs as well as language. Learning about these traditions enables you to promote and protect their cultural heritage.
