Community Development Project in Tanzania

This project is a great way to gain a broad, diverse experience in volunteering and in the culture of a local community in Africa. Get involved in a number of welfare and development programs, allowing you to obtain a broader volunteering and learning experience. The project involves a two-day orientation and briefing in Arusha. A Swahili lesson will help you integrate better and have a more profound effect on the community. The placement is at a remote village near Lake Manyara, deep into the Maasai steppe.
