Community Building Project in Tanzania

Volunteer with us in Tanzania in this building project run in collaboration with Projects Abroad. We also welcome interns looking for relevant experience to add to their university requirements. The placement is in the Maasai village of Meserani, outside the town of Arusha, where Projects Abroad runs a nursery school—currently located in an old church building with no windows. This project aims to construct a proper school building, allowing nursery-age children from Meserani and the surrounding communities to obtain education otherwise unavailable to them. The building will also provide Projects Abroad volunteers and staff with a professional, well-structured work environment.
